Wizard

The object of the game is to bid correctly on the number of tricks that a
player will take in the subsequent round of play. Points are awarded for a
correct bid (20 points and 10 points per bid) and subtracted for an incorrect
bid(a player loses 10 points for each trick over **or** under) . The player
with most points after all rounds have been played is the winner.


The deck consists of a standard 52 cards + 4 "wizards" and 4 "jesters" . The
first wizard played will win a trick (even beating the Ace of the trump suit).
Jesters almost never win.

In Germany, this game is more than 20 years the most selled card game, even
championships are organised.

Players must follow the lead suit if possible. If they do not have a card in
the lead suit, they may play a card from another suit, including the trump
suit. If no trump is played, the highest card in the lead suit will win the
trick. If trump is played, the highest trump card will win the trick. The
player who wins a trick leads the next trick.

Once all rounds have been played, the player with the highest score wins the
game. If there is a tie, the player who correctly bid the most rounds wins the
game.
